Welcome to www.mattdeutsch.com. While there might be many, many Matt Deutschs in the world, only one of them owns this domain. (Sorry, guys. Better luck next life.) And what exactly do I plan to do with this domain? Share my thoughts, of course. Because a mind–especially mine–is a terrible thing to waste. Here’s another good reason: just about everybody, and I mean everybody, on this planet takes themselves far too seriously. It’s a runaway epidemic. Luckily, I’m here to bring a little levity to the situation, to balance it out with colorful commentary and oddball observations.
And how will I accomplish this? Through blogging, of course. Every day, a new blog will appear on this site, and it could address a wide range of topics. I encourage you to post your thoughts, but if you’re doing so for the first time, it might take a day or two for your post to appear. (I screen all new postings.) I even do requests. If you’d like me to blog on a particular topic, send your request to matt@mattdeutsch.com.
